Cancellation Policy
📌 Adaia Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in booking with Adaia! By booking our services, you agree to the following terms: 🔹 General Terms - All services and packages must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date (typically 50%). - Final payment is due before or on the day of service, depending on your contract. - Prices vary based on scope, timing, and location. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the service date to qualify for a partial refund (deposit not included). - No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. - Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 2 days' notice, subject to availability. 🔹 Client Responsibilities - Provide all necessary content (logos, brand colors, inspiration) before the project begins. - Delayed feedback may affect timelines and could result in additional fees. - Excessive revisions outside the package may incur extra charges. 🔹 For Organizations & Events - Custom contracts apply for worship events, stage design, and multi-service packages. - All bookings are subject to availability and alignment with Adaia’s mission and values. - We reserve the right to decline bookings that don’t align with our core values. We’ll get back to you with the next steps within 48 hours.
