Welcome to The Adaia LLC. By purchasing event tickets, using our services, or engaging with our website (www.theadaia.com), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Tickets, Refunds, & Transfers

Refunds:
- Available if an event is canceled or if requested at least 20 days before the event date.
- If an event is rescheduled, refunds are allowed up until 10 days before the new date; after this period, no refunds will be issued.

Transfers & Upgrades:
- Ticket transfers are allowed up to 5 days before the event.
- Ticket upgrades (to higher ticket tiers) are allowed anytime before the event or in person at the event.

Processing Fees: A 2.5% + $0.30 non-refundable payment processing fee applies to all transactions.

2. Event Conduct & Liability
- Family-Friendly Environment: All events are open to all ages and must be attended in a respectful and Christ-centered manner.
- Code of Conduct: Attendees must act with kindness, respect, and in alignment with Christian values.
Hate speech, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- The Adaia LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals violating this code.
- Assumption of Risk: By attending an event, attendees assume all risks and agree not to hold The Adaia LLC, its staff, event collaborators, or venue owners liable for injuries, lost items, or damages.
- However, The Adaia LLC will assist in resolving any disputes or concerns if possible.

3. Third-Party Vendors & Collaborators
Attendees must comply with any additional terms and conditions set by third-party vendors or event collaborators.

4. Event Promotion & Ticket Sales
- Users may freely share event details and promote events on third-party platforms.
- Events may be listed on other sites for promotion, but all ticket sales must be processed through www.theadaia.com or our approved payment methods.

5. Website Usage & Policies
- Users may browse and interact with our website freely. However:
- Unauthorized use of website content, trademarks, or copyrighted materials is prohibited.
- We do not allow third-party ads or integrations on our site.
- We collect names, emails, phone numbers, and payment information to process transactions and communicate with users.
- Payment information is not stored on our servers and is processed securely through Wix Payments.
- We do not share user data with third parties, except with event collaborators when necessary for ticketed events.
- Users have the right to request removal or updates to their stored data.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Adaia LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, venue closures).
- We strive for accuracy in all provided information, but we are not responsible for errors, outdated details, or external links.

7. Additional Services – Graphic & Event Design
7.1 Scope of Services
- Graphic Design: Logos, event flyers, branding kits, social media graphics, T-shirt design, and more.
- Event Design: Stage design, venue decor, and visual branding.

- Clients receive final design files in any requested format.

7.2 Payments & Refunds
- A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remainder due after services are rendered.

Refund Policies:
- Graphic Design: No refunds after the second draft is provided.
- Stage Design: No refunds after work is completed or if staff arrives at the venue but cannot set up due to venue restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Partial refunds may be issued if supplies were purchased or staff was paid, with those amounts deducted from the deposit.

7.3 Revisions & Additional Fees
- 3 rounds of revisions are included in the graphic design pricing.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be subject to a fee ranging from $11 to $55, depending on the scope of the revision.

7.4 Ownership & Usage Rights
- Clients own all rights to the final design work.
- The Adaia LLC reserves the right to feature the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients may modify, distribute, and use the design as they see fit.

7.5 Timelines & Rush Services
- Project timelines are determined based on scope and will be detailed in a written agreement.
- Rush services are available for an additional $50-$200 fee, depending on project complexity and deadline.

7.6 Cancellations & Non-Payment
- If a client cancels after work has started, they may receive a partial refund at the discretion of the designer.
- The Adaia LLC reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment or lack of communication, with no refund provided.

7.7 Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary materials (logos, brand colors, inspiration) before work begins.
- If a client delays feedback and impacts the timeline, The Adaia LLC is not liable for any resulting issues and will not provide refunds.
- Additional revision fees will apply if excessive changes are needed due to insufficient preparation by the client.

8. Amendments & Policy Updates
The Adaia LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
